WHAT A LOAD OF CROC…
JUNE 26TH , 2017
Friday Night Meal
The process we go through each week to bring you the roast begins at the start of the week with the ordering with Gallagher Butchery and Tableland Fresh Produce from the Atherton Tablelands. It is then decided on what veges we will do with the particular roast that we cook. We change it around to provide variety which is done to please those who come each week. This prevents it from being boring. Friday is full on with the prep of all of the produce and meat ensuring we have enough for the number of people that are booked to come. We strive to bring quality each week and sometimes it may not work out as good as other nights but remember that none of our staff are chefs, just home cooks giving it a go. Their hearts are in the right place as the majority of this is done in their own time. The cafe opens up after dinner for desserts for purchase and we ask for your patience when there is a line up. We can only serve a few at a time so there may be a wait.
70’s Disco Charity Night
On Friday 30th June we are holding a groovy 70’s Disco to raise money for the Cancer Council. There is a minimum cover charge of $5 that goes into the donations but you can donate as much as you would like to this worthy cause.

The disco starts at 6.30pm, breaks at 8pm to crown the best dressed and do a charity auction thence onward to about 9 – 9.30pm. The Winner will receive a Croc and Crab Sunset Cruise Voucher to the value of $80 The Entertainment Area will be closed from midday for decorations. We will be setting up chairs and tables to go around the outside with the dance floor in the middle.
