High Season Rates – Karumba Point Sunset Caravan Park

High Season – 16th March to 30th September (Includes Easter School Holidays)

Low Season 1st October to 15th March.

Low Season Rates – Karumba Point Sunset Caravan Park

• Rates are inclusive of 10% gst.
• Guests who wish to stay longer than 27 days will be charged at a lower rate of gst (5.5% instead of 10%) for each and every day after 27days.

To Qualify for Long Term Previous Guest Rate. Guest must have stayed in the park for more than 27 days continuous within two years prior to new booking. Gst reduction will also apply after 27 days.

All rates are inclusive of air-conditioning, extra freezer and private washing machine charges.

Booking Policy

Deposit: $100.00.

Please note:

Receipt of your deposit/payment means we guarantee to hold your accommodation for you and you agree to stay with us and pay for the full period of time you have booked. You may receive a refund only if there is some emergency and any refund will only be made dependent on circumstances and at Management discretion. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged should a refund be given.

Refunds are not given if you just change your mind or cut your booking short of the time you have booked. Therefore to avoid any loss of payment please only book for the exact time you wish to stay.

Please confirm your booking at least 3 months prior to arrival. Bookings for the next year can be made only at completion of your current stay.
